Yes. We only process anonymous data necessary for the service. We store only your wallet address (as account ID), transaction hashes for payment verification, and credit balance. We do NOT collect your X/Twitter credentials, personal information, or browsing history.
No. X Pulse never asks for or stores your X/Twitter login information. The extension works within your browser session where you're already logged in. We cannot access your account credentials.
When you request a reply suggestion, the tweet content is sent to OpenAI's API (GPT-4o mini) for processing. This data is anonymized and not stored by us. The generated suggestion is displayed in the extension for your review before use.
Using a wallet address provides anonymous, decentralized authentication. No email verification needed, no personal data collected. Your wallet address simply serves as a unique identifier.
We accept USDC on Base Network only. Payments must be sent from decentralized wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet) - not from exchanges. This ensures we can verify your transaction on-chain.
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and digital credits, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us and we'll review your case.
